(c) To sell the said property, to enter into agreement, to receive the advances, to issue receipts, to obtain the necessary permissions from the competent authority or any other concerned authority, to give any affidavit, statement, application, bonds etc. on my behalf, to sign and obtain the no objection certificate, to file any declaration form on my behalf, to execute, sign and present the sale-deed before the registrar or Sub Registrar or any other concerned authority and get the same registered on my behalf, to receive the consideration amount, to issue receipts, to get the mutation affected.
To make the construction or alteration, to obtain the permits and quotas of building material, to get the house tax fixed, to get the water sever and electricity connections installed.

In cases of acquisition to receive the compensation, to compromise, compound, or withdraw the cases, to refer them to arbitration.
